When requested, to secure your booking date and time slot we take a non-refundable deposit.
You can change your moving date or time once up to 72 hours before your booked slot to a different date or time (subject to our availability) , your deposit will move across to your new booking date and time. You can only do this once.
Cancellation or any changes to dates within 72 hours of start time up to 12 hours before start time of your move will result in full loss of your full deposit.
Cancellation of your booking within 12 hours of start time will result in full loss of your deposit payment and the FULL REMAINDER payment for the booking being required.

Outstanding Balance Payments
The remainder of the outstanding balance can be paid on moving day directly to the driver when the move has been completed.
The driver can take cash or credit/debit card payments using a Secure Chip & Pin machine.
Payments can be made by Paypal Funds, Credit Card or Debit Card...
You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay by Credit or Debit Card
How to make a payment
All payments are processed through PayPal Secure Payment Servers.
We do NOT receive your card details or have access to your PayPal account.
