We provide a Man with a Van Moving Service with 1, 2 or 3 Men and 1 or 2 Vans for your move.
Your moving quote reply will tell you which service we have quoted you for.
Make sure you book the correct number of people required for your move and number of vans.
With a 1 Man Service, the Driver will help you lifting things from bedrooms, up stairs flats, gardens, etc into the van.
At the new house he will again help you with your items to your preferred room.
YOU need to help the driver with lifting / loading / unloading especially large or heavy items.
In return you receive a lower priced removal service.
To speed up your move and keep costs lower, please have everything ready to go and if possible, maybe ask a family a member to assist.
With a 2 Men (or more) Moving Service, We do ALL the lifting for you.
Leaving you with time to, Relax, to Sort those last minute things... or sometimes, Just time to have multiple stressful calls with the solicitors & agents.
Your moving quote reply will tell you which service we have quoted you for.

When booking a local removal we usually provide you with a moving price linked to a specific amount of time.
The amount of time estimated for your move is based on the information you have provided and my 18 Years of Home Removals Experience.
If you have more items than originally stated or you need some items. like beds dismantling, this will increase your required moving time and price.
You can request shorter or longer moving slots if you think the time estimated is wrong.
Please message me and I'll re-quote before booking !
Your allocated amount of time (Time Slot) starts when we arrive at the start address and ends when you have finished with our services usually at your new address.
If on moving day you need an extra 15mins - 30mins don't worry we can usually accommodate this to complete your move but extra time is charged extra.
But... please try make sure that you book adequate amount of time for your move,
If you book 2 hours and then expect us to be able to stay for 5 hours it might NOT be possible due to other bookings.

We have 2 x Peugeot Boxer Vans available which are suitable for Small Moves to Full House Moves.
The requested size van will be sent for your move.

- An Experienced, Helpful and Friendly Driver.
- If you have booked a 2 Men Team, a Second Man will accompany the driver.
- Professional Removal Blankets, Ratchet Straps, Trolley, Basic Tool Kit.
- There are 2 Passenger Seats, (1 available seat if you book a 2 men service).
Your Moving Quote Includes...
1). The specified amount of time as agreed.
2). Van Size as Requested.
3). 1 Man or 2 Men as stated in your moving quote.
4). Your quote includes all fuel costs to move inside the local area as requested and if you need more than one trip that's included too as long as it stays inside your time slot.
5). You can move as many items as you want, you are not limited to any list you may have initially provided.
There are No Hidden VAT charges, No Fuel Surcharges, No Bradford Clean Air Zone Charge.
Please Note:- On moving day, if your moves finishes earlier than anticipated... You Will Be Charged for the Full Amount as Quoted.
This is due to the fact that we will have turned away further bookings to keep the correct amount of time available to complete your move as requested.
Any additional time over your booked time slot is charged extra in additional 30 minute slots.

The remaining amount is then to be paid on moving day in Cash or by Card to the driver on completion of the move.

Change of Moving Date...
Booking Cancellations...
We understand things happen outside of your control and a change of date or start time is sometimes required.
When you make a booking with us, that day and time slot is then unavailable to anyone else. We often turn away other paying work for the same date.
If you then change your moving date or start time, especially last minute, this then often leaves us without work on that date, therefore the following conditions apply....
With 72 Hours or More Notice....
If you need to change your moving date, Please give us advance notice of at least 72 hours prior to your booked day and start time.
We will then move your advance part payment over to the new moving day to secure that date but you can only do this once.
Your new moving date needs to be within 30 days of your previously booked moving date otherwise its classed as a cancellation.
Less Than 72 Hours Notice....
If you change moving dates less than 72 hours before your booked moving day and start time, or you have already changed your booked moving date previously, your previously paid advance payment goes towards losses we incur due to your date change.
It does not move over to the new date and is non-refundable.
You can re-book for a new moving date but the process starts again, the full amount quoted is due and you need to make another advance part payment.
Booking Cancellation or Fail to Cancel Your Booking...
If you cancel your booking at any point for any reason or If you swap your moving date after booking and we are not available on the new date, the advance payment is non-refundable.
If you fail to cancel your booking before we start to travel to the collection point, the full amount as quoted for your removal is charged to you.

Only when you have been asked to do so, make your Non-Refundable Advance Part Payment To Secure Your Moving Date and start time as Agreed.
