What do you get from myself for your quoted price is....
Manpower
I provide a 1 Man & Van Service. There is just Myself and the Van (unless otherwise stated in your quote).
I will require some assistance lifting, especially any Large or Heavy items
You need to provide any extra people to help me with lifting.
Yes, I Will Help You with Lifting / Loading / Unloading your items...
From room to van on Collection, and from van to room into your new house (storage, etc) on Delivery.
Using a 1 Man and Van Service keeps your price lower !
2 Men and Van team is available on very limited days and times.
Using a 2 Men Team will increase your moving quote to almost double the 1 Man Service Price.
Price is available on request !

For local moves I provide you with a quote for a specific amount of time.
Your charging time starts when I arrive at the collection/starting point.
It finishes when you are Finished with My Services usually at your new home.
The amount of time that I have quoted you for is based on my experience along with the information you have provided.
You can book a longer or shorter time slot if required.
I'm happy to re-quote based on the number of hours you want me for !

On Moving Day, you can move as many items as you want, you are not limited to any list of items you may have provided.
Your Quoted Moving Price includes all fuel costs for your requested move.
You can have more than 1 trip between stated locations as requested.
You can go to multiple locations in the local general area of your move if required.
There is NO Vat to pay or fuel surcharges
You are only restricted by the amount of time you requested.
If you change the requirements of your move after your booking confirmation, additional costs may be added to your move.

To secure a booked date and time, I now take an Online non-refundable Advance Part Payment of £29.
This is paid by Credit - Debit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay.

The remaining amount is then paid on moving day either in cash or by card payment usually on completion of your move.
You will be charged for the whole time slot that you have booked even it is not all used.
If your move takes longer than your booked time slot, you will be charged extra for the additional time.

Change of Date & Booking Cancellations.
If you need to change dates, I require advance notice of at least 48 hours prior to your booked move.
Your advance payment will move over to your new date and time. You can only do this once !
If you want to change dates less than 48 hours before your move, or have already used the change date option as above, or want to cancel your booking at any point, the Advance Payment is not transferred to another date or refunded.
This goes towards costs I incur relating to the loss of your booking and paid work for that slot.
If you fail to cancel your booking before I start to travel to the collection point, the full remaining amount is charged to you.
