Our Standard Service is 1 Man but you can request a 2 Men Team so then we do All the lifting for you
No. Our quoted price is to pick up your item and deliver it.
But you can travel in the van from collection to delivery point with your item if required as long as you have notified us in advance.
We are flexible and can accommodate most requests, for example, we can stop at additional locations or collect and deliver multiple items, please tell us when requesting your quote and we will give you a price accordingly.
If you makes changes to the delivery after we have given you a quote, we do reserve the right to increase your charges accordingly.

Your Fixed Price Man & Van Service is based on the information that you have provided and gives you up to 15 mins at collection point and up to 15 mins at delivery point, please have your items ready to collect when I arrive.
Unless already agreed...
Removal of Feet off Sofas, or any other dismantling or rebuilding to allow loading/offloading of items is charged extra.
Deliveries or Collections up/down stairs are charged extra (basements, cellars, 1st floor +).
Full Disclosure of these situations when you enquire means your quoted pricing will include these things.
We take a Non-Refundable Advance Part Payment to secure your requested day and time slot. This is paid online and processed through Sum Up.
The remaining amount is paid Directly to the Driver on the Day when the delivery has been compleyed, We Prefer Cash, but for larger amounts, we can also take Chip & Pin Card Payments, Contactless Payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Bank Transfer.
Advance Part Payments are taken to show our commitment to your booking, and helps to stop last minute Cancellations & No Shows at collection points which block available pick up slots for others like yourself
